The system is mainly divided into three stages: fixed repair, frame repair and overhaul. Among them, the on-line flaw detection of wheels and axles in the fixed repair stage is mainly composed of mobile rim and spoke flaw detection system and mobile axle ultrasonic flaw detection system; In the stage of frame repair and overhaul, the flaw detection of wheels, axles and bogie structures is mainly carried out after the disassembly of car bodies and bogies, which is mainly composed of fixed wheel and axle ultrasonic flaw detection system, bogie weld intelligent robot and mobile axle ultrasonic flaw detection system (general for fixed repair and frame overhaul); In order to assist the data review of main inspection equipment and detailed inspection of key components in fixed repair and overhaul, portable wheelset comprehensive size detector, portable phased array flaw detector, portable eddy current array flaw detector, endoscope and other tools are equipped.
