Intelligent daily inspection system adopts advanced frontier technologies such as Image Acquisition Technology, Deep learning Technology and Big Data Analysis Technology. By configuring intelligent detection equipment on the main line and entry line of train operation. It realizes automatic detection of abnormal temperature of key components of running gear (gearbox, traction motor, axle box, coupling and other components), wheel set dimensions, wheel roundness, tread defects, brake device wear, pantograph carbon slide plate wear, abnormal visual appearance components of the whole vehicle on the roof, side and bottom, etc. Each subsystem can be installed independently, and the data can be uploaded to the intelligent train inspection comprehensive data analysis software. Through big data expert diagnosis and analysis, it can realize the whole life cycle management of key components of vehicle . And it can output the comprehensive health status report of the train and comprehensive maintenance decision suggestions. The system is mainly composed of wayside intelligent detection equipment and intelligent train inspection comprehensive data analysis software. Among them, the wayside intelligent detection equipment is mainly composed of the temperature detection system of the main running gear, the dynamic detection system of the wheelset fault of the entry line, the dynamic detection system of the pantograph state, the intelligent detection system of the 360 dynamic image of the whole vehicle, and the online dynamic detection system of the brake shoe/brake pad. Intelligent train inspection integrated data analysis software is mainly composed of train key component status monitoring module, expert diagnosis module, health management module and equipment intelligent management module.
