SCLEAD has established a systematic comprehensive solution of on-board detection, main line monitoring, daily dynamic monitoring, regular mounted ard dismounted detection. The system provides an intelligent solution for the safety and quality control of key components of EMUs in the whole life cycle, to fully ensure the running safety of EMUs.

LPT is installed on the inspection line in the EMUs Depot, using image recognition technology, deep learning algorithm and other technologies to automatically detect, identify and measure the key components of the EMUs bottom and bogie, so as to replace the traditional manual inspection and effectively solve the problems existing in the manual daily visual inspection of the train.

"LU is installed on the inspection line in the EMUs Depot. With inspection trolley running along the ditch, based on combined utilization of phased array and conventional ultrasonic inspection technology and robotic
technology, it implements the fine, automatic and efficient scanning function for the wheels. The equipment can also automatically detect the defects of the wheel flange, wheel rim and wheel disk, which is suitable for on-line flaw detection of all types of EMU wheels."

LHZ adopts non-contact oil immersion ultrasonic flaw detection technology, takes the inner surface of the central hole of the hollow axle as the detection surface, and carries out spiral scanning on the whole axle. It can inspect outside-surface fatigue defects and bulk defects on the hollow axle of various EMUs.
