LY is installed at the entrance line of EMUs depot, using optical imaging measurement technology, high-precision displacement detection technology and ultrasonic array flaw detection technology to dynamically and automatically detect the wheel geometric dimension, equivalent conicity , tread flat and deep-seated defects of wheels of various EMUs.
Daily dynamic detection
SJ is installed at the entrance line of EMUs depot, using image measurement technology and intelligent sensing technology to automatically detect the pantograph wear value, centerline deviation value and working position contact pressure value, so as to realize the visual observation of key components and foreign matters on the roof.

CV is installed at the entrance line of EMU depot, using image recognition technology, deep learning algorithm and other technologies to automatically collect high-quality 2D and 3D images of the roof, side and bottom (running gear) of all types of EMUs, and can automatically identify the missing, deformation and other abnormalities of the roof, side and bottom of the train.
