The system is installed on the warehousing line of urban rail vehicles, and uses optical section image measurement technology, high-precision displacement detection technology and image pattern recognition technology to dynamically and automatically detect the wheelset dimensions, wheel rolling circle scratches and tread surface defects of various urban rail vehicles on line.

The system is installed on the warehousing line of urban rail vehicles, and adopts image analysis and measurement technology and intelligent sensing technology to dynamically and automatically detect the key characteristic parameters of pantograph of various urban rail vehicles on line, and provide indoor visual observation of key components and foreign bodies on the roof.

The system uses image analysis technology, pattern recognition technology and deep learning technology. The system is installed on the warehousing line of urban rail vehicles, and adopts optical image measurement technology to automatically collect high-definition images of wheel-mounted and axle-mounted brake pads and brake shoes of various urban rail vehicles, so as to automatically detect the remaining thickness of brake pads, judge the missing situation of brake pads, display the trend of remaining thickness of brake pads, and provide hierarchical early warning function.
