Intelligent frame overhaul inspection system
The Comprehensive Intelligent Inspection System of Rolling Stock Overhaul mainly adopts conventional ultrasonic flaw detection technology, phased array flaw detection technology and electromagnetic nondestructive testing technology. Combined with 'Industry 4.0', industrial Internet technology, big data analysis technology, etc., automatic and intelligent nondestructive testing equipment such as axle flaw detection and bogie structure flaw detection have been developed, so as to realize the overall quality improvement and efficiency improvement of urban rail vehicle frame overhaul.
The system is mainly divided into three stages: fixed repair, frame repair and overhaul.
