technology, it implements automatic and efficient detection for wheels. The equipment can also detect the defects of the wheel flange, wheel rim and wheel disk automatically. It is suitable for on-line detection of all types of EMU wheels.

LHJ adopts non-contact oil immersion ultrasonic technology, makes the inner surface of the central hole of the hollow axle as the detection surface, and carries out spiral scanning in the axle. It can inspect outside-surface fatigue defects and bulk defects on the hollow axle of HXD1D.
