Based on the influence and talent cultivation advantages of Southwest Jiaotong University in the field of rail transit, as well as the demand of SCLEAD for product development and high-quality talents in the field of rail transit, the two sides actively responded to the national call for strengthening cooperation between colleges and enterprises, made full use of their advantages, reached cooperation in supporting the development of discipline colleges and universities and promoting the transformation of achievements, and signed a school enterprise cooperation agreement in June 2021.
